Mulkirigala Raja Maha Viharaya is the temple which known as Giriba Viharaya in ancient chronicles and records. The temple had built on a natural rock which has a height of 205 meters. Four more rocks surround this temple making it quite an elaborate structure. The ancient temple has named as an archaeological site in Sri Lanka.
