Green Holiday Centre was incorporated on 27th July 2011 at the Registrar of companies, under the registered number PV 79072. Subsequently, the company was registered as a Travel Agency with the Sri Lanka Tourism Development Authority on 8th July 2011 under the license number SLTDA/SQA/TA/1342
